drame.<br data-start=\"524\" data-end=\"527\" \/>C\u2019est <strong data-start=\"533\" data-end=\"587\">un moment o\u00f9 le corps et l\u2019esprit ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9bord\u00e9s<\/strong> : un choc, un stress, une situation v\u00e9cue dans l\u2019impuissance ou la peur \u2014 et qui <strong data-start=\"669\" data-end=\"709\">n\u2019a pas pu \u00eatre travers\u00e9e pleinement<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"712\" data-end=\"840\" class=\"\">Ce n\u2019est <strong data-start=\"721\" data-end=\"749\">pas l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement lui-m\u00eame<\/strong> qui cr\u00e9e le traumatisme, mais <strong data-start=\"782\" data-end=\"839\">le fait que le corps n\u2019a pas pu r\u00e9agir, ni se lib\u00e9rer<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"842\" data-end=\"1012\" class=\"\">Selon l\u2019Inserm, un traumatisme peut laisser des s\u00e9quelles durables s\u2019il n\u2019est pas int\u00e9gr\u00e9 (<a data-start=\"933\" data-end=\"1009\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_new\">Inserm.fr<\/a>) :<\/p><ul data-start=\"1013\" data-end=\"1086\"><li data-start=\"1013\" data-end=\"1032\" class=\"\"><p data-start=\"1015\" data-end=\"1032\" class=\"\">troubles anxieux,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1033\" data-end=\"1055\" class=\"\"><p data-start=\"1035\" data-end=\"1055\" class=\"\">douleurs chroniques,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1056\" data-end=\"1086\" class=\"\"><p data-start=\"1058\" data-end=\"1086\" class=\"\">d\u00e9r\u00e8glements physiologiques.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"1093\" data-end=\"1144\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Pourquoi un trauma reste fig\u00e9 dans le corps ?<\/h2><p data-start=\"1146\" data-end=\"1213\" class=\"\">Le corps est naturellement capable de lib\u00e9rer un stress ou un choc.<\/p><p data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1399\" class=\"\">Chez les animaux, apr\u00e8s avoir surv\u00e9cu \u00e0 une attaque, on observe des tremblements, des secousses, des respirations profondes.<br data-start=\"1339\" data-end=\"1342\" \/>Une fois l\u2019\u00e9nergie lib\u00e9r\u00e9e, ils repartent sans s\u00e9quelles.<\/p><p data-start=\"1401\" data-end=\"1474\" class=\"\">Chez l&rsquo;humain, ce r\u00e9flexe existe encore, mais il est souvent <strong data-start=\"1462\" data-end=\"1473\">emp\u00each\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"1476\" data-end=\"1528\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Ce qui peut \u00ab\u00a0Contr\u00f4le-toi\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1671\" data-end=\"1735\" class=\"\"><p data-start=\"1673\" data-end=\"1735\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"1673\" data-end=\"1684\">La peur<\/strong> :<br data-start=\"1686\" data-end=\"1689\" \/>Peur d&rsquo;\u00eatre jug\u00e9, rejet\u00e9, ou de perdre pied.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"1742\" data-end=\"1801\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Que se passe-t-il en cas de saturation \u00e9motionnelle ?<\/h2><p data-start=\"1803\" data-end=\"1810\" class=\"\">Quand :<\/p><ul data-start=\"1811\" data-end=\"1953\"><li data-start=\"1811\" data-end=\"1838\" class=\"\"><p data-start=\"1813\" data-end=\"1838\" class=\"\">le choc est trop intense,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1839\" data-end=\"1953\" class=\"\"><p data-start=\"1841\" data-end=\"1953\" class=\"\">ou que la personne est d\u00e9j\u00e0 en surcharge \u00e9motionnelle (stress chronique, fatigue nerveuse, blessures anciennes),<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1955\" data-end=\"2020\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"1955\" data-end=\"2019\">le syst\u00e8me de traitement naturel n\u2019arrive plus \u00e0 fonctionner<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"2022\" data-end=\"2093\" class=\"\">Le trauma <strong data-start=\"2035\" data-end=\"2054\">ne traverse pas<\/strong>, il <strong data-start=\"2059\" data-end=\"2075\">reste coinc\u00e9<\/strong> dans l&rsquo;organisme.<\/p><p data-start=\"2095\" data-end=\"2115\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"2095\" data-end=\"2115\">En cons\u00e9quence data-start=\"2140\" data-end=\"2163\">empreinte somatique<\/strong> (tensions, douleurs, hypervigilance),<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2202\" data-end=\"2247\" class=\"\"><p data-start=\"2204\" data-end=\"2247\" class=\"\">Le cerveau reste <strong data-start=\"2221\" data-end=\"2246\">bloqu\u00e9 en mode alerte<\/strong>,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2248\" data-end=\"2349\" class=\"\"><p data-start=\"2250\" data-end=\"2349\" class=\"\">Des sympt\u00f4mes secondaires apparaissent : phobies, troubles digestifs, anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, fatigue chronique&#8230;<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"2356\" data-end=\"2418\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Ce qui se passe techniquement dans notre syst\u00e8me nerveux<\/h2><p data-start=\"2420\" data-end=\"2593\" class=\"\">Dans un organisme <strong data-start=\"2438\" data-end=\"2456\">sain ou repos\u00e9<\/strong>, apr\u00e8s un choc, le corps active <strong data-start=\"2491\" data-end=\"2529\">le syst\u00e8me nerveux parasympathique<\/strong> \u2192 mode <strong data-start=\"2537\" data-end=\"2592\">repos, digestion \u00e9motionnelle, retour \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quilibre<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"2595\" data-end=\"2622\" class=\"\">Mais en cas de saturation :<\/p><ul data-start=\"2623\" data-end=\"2768\"><li data-start=\"2623\" data-end=\"2720\" class=\"\"><p data-start=\"2625\" data-end=\"2720\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"2625\" data-end=\"2651\">Le syst\u00e8me sympathique<\/strong> reste activ\u00e9 \u2192 mode <strong data-start=\"2672\" data-end=\"2693\">alerte permanente<\/strong> (fuite, combat, figement),<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2721\" data-end=\"2768\" class=\"\"><p data-start=\"2723\" data-end=\"2768\" class=\"\">Le corps <strong data-start=\"2732\" data-end=\"2767\">n&rsquo;arrive pas \u00e0 revenir au calme<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2770\" data-end=\"2804\" class=\"\">Le choc <strong data-start=\"2778\" data-end=\"2791\">s&rsquo;imprime<\/strong> alors dans :<\/p><ul data-start=\"2805\" data-end=\"2881\"><li data-start=\"2805\" data-end=\"2818\" class=\"\"><p data-start=\"2807\" data-end=\"2818\" class=\"\">les tissus,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2819\" data-end=\"2836\" class=\"\"><p data-start=\"2821\" data-end=\"2836\" class=\"\">la respiration,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2837\" data-end=\"2850\" class=\"\"><p data-start=\"2839\" data-end=\"2850\" class=\"\">la posture,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2851\" data-end=\"2881\" class=\"\"><p data-start=\"2853\" data-end=\"2881\" class=\"\">parfois m\u00eame dans le regard.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2927\" data-end=\"2984\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"2927\" data-end=\"2984\">Imagine ton corps et ton cerveau comme un ordinateur.<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"2986\" data-end=\"3191\"><li data-start=\"2986\" data-end=\"3054\" class=\"\"><p data-start=\"2988\" data-end=\"3054\" class=\"\">S\u2019il g\u00e8re une seule fen\u00eatre lourde, il peut traiter sans probl\u00e8me.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3055\" data-end=\"3191\" class=\"\"><p data-start=\"3057\" data-end=\"3191\" class=\"\">Mais si <strong data-start=\"3065\" data-end=\"3105\">plein de fen\u00eatres sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 ouvertes<\/strong> (stress, fatigue, blessures \u00e9motionnelles),<br data-start=\"3149\" data-end=\"3152\" \/>et qu&rsquo;un choc violent arrive en plus&#8230;<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3193\" data-end=\"3221\" class=\"\"><img decoding=\"async\" draggable=\"false\" role=\"img\" class=\"emoji\" alt=\"\ud83d\udca5\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/15.1.0\/svg\/1f4a5.svg\" \/> <strong data-start=\"3196\" data-end=\"3221\">L\u2019ordinateur se fige.<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"3223\" data-end=\"3333\" class=\"\">Le fichier \u00ab\u00a0trauma\u00a0\u00bb reste ouvert <strong data-start=\"3256\" data-end=\"3275\">en arri\u00e8re-plan<\/strong>, invisible\u2026 mais il continue d&rsquo;\u00e9puiser toute ton \u00e9nergie.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"3340\" data-end=\"3382\" style=\"text-align: center;\">O\u00f9 se loge un trauma dans le corps ?<\/h2><ul data-start=\"3384\" data-end=\"3612\"><li data-start=\"3384\" data-end=\"3417\" class=\"\"><p data-start=\"3386\" data-end=\"3417\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"3386\" data-end=\"3400\">Diaphragme<\/strong> : souffle bloqu\u00e9<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3418\" data-end=\"3462\" class=\"\"><p data-start=\"3420\" data-end=\"3462\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"3420\" data-end=\"3439\">\u00c9paules &amp; nuque<\/strong> : tensions musculaires<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3463\" data-end=\"3515\" class=\"\"><p data-start=\"3465\" data-end=\"3515\" data-start=\"3737\" data-end=\"3784\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Peut-on lib\u00e9rer un trauma naturellement ?<\/h2><h4 data-start=\"3786\" data-end=\"3805\">Oui, parfois.<\/h4><p data-start=\"3807\" data-end=\"3850\" class=\"\">Quand, juste apr\u00e8s un choc, le corps peut :<\/p><ul data-start=\"3851\" data-end=\"3970\"><li data-start=\"3851\" data-end=\"3861\" class=\"\"><p data-start=\"3853\" data-end=\"3861\" class=\"\">pleurer,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3862\" data-end=\"3873\" class=\"\"><p data-start=\"3864\" data-end=\"3873\" class=\"\">trembler,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3874\" data-end=\"3898\" class=\"\"><p data-start=\"3876\" data-end=\"3898\" class=\"\">respirer profond\u00e9ment,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3899\" data-end=\"3915\" class=\"\"><p data-start=\"3901\" data-end=\"3915\" class=\"\">crier, courir,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3916\" data-end=\"3970\" class=\"\"><p data-start=\"3918\" data-end=\"3970\" class=\"\">ou simplement \u00eatre <strong data-start=\"3937\" data-end=\"3969\">accueilli avec bienveillance<\/strong>, alors <strong data-start=\"3978\" data-end=\"4008\">le corps termine sa boucle<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"4009\" data-end=\"4012\" \/>Il ne reste <strong data-start=\"4024\" data-end=\"4048\">pas de m\u00e9moire fig\u00e9e<\/strong>, pas de sympt\u00f4mes persistants<em>.<\/em><em><\/em><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3918\" data-end=\"3970\" class=\"\"><em><\/em><em data-start=\"4083\" data-end=\"4149\">C\u2019est quand l\u2019\u00e9motion ne peut pas sortir que le corps l\u2019enferme.<\/em><\/p><h2 data-start=\"4156\" data-end=\"4183\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Peut-on gu\u00e9rir seul ?<\/h2><p data-start=\"4185\" data-end=\"4202\" class=\"\">Parfois, <strong data-start=\"4194\" data-end=\"4201\">oui<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"4204\" data-end=\"4358\" class=\"\">Pleurer, respirer, danser, trembler librement,offrir \u00e0 son corps du temps et de l\u2019espace\u2026peut suffire \u00e0 <strong data-start=\"4314\" data-end=\"4357\">r\u00e9ouvrir le flux naturel de la gu\u00e9rison<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"4360\" data-end=\"4413\" class=\"\">Mais parfois, <strong data-start=\"4374\" data-end=\"4412\">se faire accompagner est essentiel<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"4415\" data-end=\"4500\" class=\"\">Lorsque le trauma est profond ou enfoui, un accompagnement bienveillant permet de :<\/p><ul data-start=\"4501\" data-end=\"4650\"><li data-start=\"4501\" data-end=\"4540\" class=\"\"><p data-start=\"4503\" data-end=\"4540\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"4503\" data-end=\"4539\">ne pas porter seul cette m\u00e9moire<\/strong>,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4541\" data-end=\"4587\" class=\"\"><p data-start=\"4543\" data-end=\"4587\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"4543\" data-end=\"4568\">lib\u00e9rer sans violence<\/strong> ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 fig\u00e9,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4588\" data-end=\"4650\" class=\"\"><p data-start=\"4590\" data-end=\"4650\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"4590\" data-end=\"4649\">se reconnecter progressivement \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 int\u00e9rieure<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"4652\" data-end=\"4919\" class=\"\">Des approches comme la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/audrey-paras.fr\/\">kin\u00e9siologie\u00a0\u00e0 Anglet<\/a><\/strong>, les th\u00e9rapies corporelles, le Somatic Experiencing\u00ae, ou simplement la respiration consciente,<br data-start=\"4782\" data-end=\"4785\" \/>peuvent aider \u00e0 lib\u00e9rer ces empreintes tout en respectant le rythme du corps (<a data-start=\"4863\" data-end=\"4917\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_new\">traumahealing.org<\/a>).<\/p><h2 data-start=\"4926\" data-end=\"4943\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Finalement\u2026<\/h2><p data-start=\"4945\" data-end=\"5037\" class=\"\">Chaque corps fait de son mieux avec ce qu\u2019il a travers\u00e9.<br data-start=\"5001\" data-end=\"5004\" \/><strong data-start=\"5004\" data-end=\"5037\">Gu\u00e9rir, ce n\u2019est pas oublier.<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"5039\" data-end=\"5046\" class=\"\">C\u2019est :<\/p><ul data-start=\"5047\" data-end=\"5215\"><li data-start=\"5047\" data-end=\"5104\" class=\"\"><p data-start=\"5049\" data-end=\"5104\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"5049\" data-end=\"5104\">Redonner du mouvement l\u00e0 o\u00f9 la vie s\u2019\u00e9tait arr\u00eat\u00e9e,<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5105\" data-end=\"5168\" class=\"\"><p
